Your application form will be processed by the Consortium board, which will decide about your acceptance as a member of the CiRT.

Benefits of Being a CiRT member

The CiRT provides an excellent opportunity to seek advice and feedback from iNKT and cell therapy experts, as well as engage in enriching scientific discussions and collaborative opportunities. By becoming a part of the CiRT, you will gain access to several benefits, including those listed below:

  • You will receive the CiRT newsletter and be up-to-date with the newest iNKT educational and scientific events;
  • You will receive live information about collaborative studies and results;
  • You will have unlimited access to webinars, seminars, lectures and training sessions focused on iNKT biology and immunotherapy;
  • You will be given the opportunity to participate in one of the CiRT Working Parties.

User Terms

To ensure both respectful and productive interactions among members, below we are providing essential guidelines that all the members are required to follow. By becoming a part of the CiRT, you acknowledge that you have read and will adhere to these rules and guidelines. We reserve the right to temporarily or indefinitely revoke the membership of individuals who will violate these rules.

  • By sending the material for publication on the website, you declare that you are the copyright owner or have the consent of the owner. No material protected by copyright can be shared without the permission of the copyright owner. In the case of public information, such as accessible publications, ownership is not needed.
  • For content that has been published on the website, CiRT members have the nonexclusive right to utilize it, including the ability to display, copy, print, distribute, transmit, and make use of the provided information.

Allowed and prohibited content

  • We welcome stories and posts that focus on positive experiences, achievements and challenges, as well as questions and suggestions, refraining from promoting and advertising personal products or services. The CiRT is not intended for profits, marketing purposes, or conversations that lead to agreements on terms or conditions of sale; prices, costs and salaries; profit margins and market shares; sales and market territories and allocation of customers or territories; choice, refusal, or interruption of relationships with customers or suppliers.

Respecting People

  • We commit to ensuring respect of people, along with their ideas, questions, and comments. We strive to promote diversity, equity and inclusion, and support participation of all individuals regardless of age, race and ethnicity, gender and sexual orientation, religion, beliefs, education, and status. All members will be valued for their dedication and contribution to iNKT research.
  • Any defamatory, abusive, profane, threatening, offensive, or illegal content is prohibited.

Logo and affiliation use

  • Without Consortium Board approval, the logo, name of the Consortium and affiliation with the CiRT cannot be used for any purpose, including but not limited to oral presentations, project proposals, manuscripts, and any other scientific or non-scientific item.

Privacy Policy

Sharing personal information and material

We are committed to ensuring the security of your information. We have built our website understanding potential privacy concerns and we adhere to Privacy protection practices as described by the University of Pennsylvania and European Commission. Any personal information such as your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address will not be shared with third parties except: as required by law, or as necessary to protect the CiRT’s interests, or with service providers acting on our behalf who have agreed to protect the confidentiality of the data.

While we will do our best to protect your personal information and all provided materials, the CiRT will not be responsible for the opinions and information directly shared by individual members within the CiRT.
